About Us

SEERIO is a Digital Transformation network now, while historically it has referred to more than one entity. Historically, SEERIO was established in February 2014 with the aim of being an internationally leading centre for research and innovation in the fields of e-Commerce and e-Government. SEERIO collaborates with a network of scholars from leading international research centres, and blue chip company executives. Amongst them have been USC, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, EY, Newcastle Business School, Centre for Development Informatics at the University of Manchester, the University of Geneva and Ecole de Management de Normandie. 

Our SUT branch was located in Sharif University of Technology (SUT), Tehran. SEERIO in its previous form was initially formed in SUT as a part of Technology Services Complex and then became a spin off collaborating with the Policy Research Institute of SUT in form of a Digital Transformation Programme. 

We have been attracting top talent from SUT with engineering, science and business backgrounds. SEERIO has extensive links and collaboration with leading technological companies and enterprises.

Besides its applied research engagements, SEERIO also operated like a “Business Accelerator” providing business development and investment opportunity for highly ambitious investors, established teams and start-ups. Given SEERIO’s focus on Research, Innovation and Consultancy, we have warmly welcomed partnerships with:

to explore mutual innovation and consultancy opportunities.

Our main base and services is migrating to Europe under a new entity, a new SEERIO (Strategic Electronic Enterprises Redevelopment and Innovation Orchestration).
